Repair, reconstruct, and re-route existing trail facilities within the Folsom Lake State Recreation Park Area. Repair and reconstruct 9,500 feet of the Beals Point to Granite Bay Trail from Beals Point Entrance Road to the north end of Dike 4. Repair and reconstruct 2,300 feet of the Pioneer Express Trail from Beals Point Entrance Road south to the paved bike path in order to safely accommodate the trail traffic that will be displaced from the tops of Dikes 4, 5 and 6 during the Dam Raise Project.
